As you know over the last 18 months CMS has been undergoing the refurbishment of each of the Pavilions and communal spaces which involves an update on electrics, new lighting, complete repaint, new carpet tiles to replace the carpet and new kitchens in Common Rooms.  

• The refurb of Pavilion E will not be started until September 2025.  
   
• This may seem a long way off, but, if you, as an office resident (Lower Ground Floor/2nd Floor) are not in over the
  Summer Break, you will be asked to pack your office up by the end of term (20 June).   
   
• Moving out dates for First and Ground Floor residents will be issued shortly.
   
• We respectfully ask that you pack up your offices and vacate them by the confirmed dates at the latest. 
   
• Please take anything you need from your office, for the duration of the works, with you, as access will not be
  possible once the contractors start work.
